Your journey, my commitment.
Supporting people, organisations, and communities to connect with care and culture.
I provide culturally safe, trauma‑informed program design and community engagement strategies for health professionals and others working in maternal and women’s health. My work supports organisations to create responsive, equitable, and community‑led approaches to culturally safe care for women.
I incorporate art‑therapy inspired birthing classes that blend creativity, embodiment. I bring together decades of clinical expertise, research, community work, spiritual practice, stories, music, and ancestral knowledge to support individuals and communities through transitions, recovery, and self‑discovery.
The Black Lullaby Experience invites families into a space of cultural expression, intergenerational connection, and early childhood development. Through an immersive soundscape of Caribbean and African diasporic lullabies, rhythms and sounds,
My mission is to empower black and brown families, to honour resilience, and reshape the experience of motherhood and parenting for generations to come. The impact of my work extends far beyond the individual, influencing black and brown families, strengthening communities, and contributing to a broader cultural shift toward care, equity, building resilience, and belonging.
